Hi there guys I'm currently at the transit area at the airport at Colombo, Sri Lanka. I've been here for the past six hours, and I still have another two hours to go before I can catch my connecting flight to Dubai.

Then it's another two hours in Dubai before I can finally go on to Istanbul.

Man, a three-stage plane trip halfway across the world is verdamn draining. But all other options would cost at least $200-$300 more per pax.

the tailor needs lead time to make suit...so when does the diet/eating less/exercising start? can't be 1 day before wedding
